Choose your tier and checkout with a $1,000 deposit (or pay in full). Once payment is complete, your sponsorship is officially reserved.
When do we receive the attendee list?
Attendee list access is provided after paid-in-full confirmation. Delivery timing varies by tier, and we’ll confirm details during sponsor onboarding.
What happens after we register?
You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email, then our team will reach out to collect sponsor assets (logo, rep names, shipping needs) and confirm logistics.
Can I upgrade my sponsorship later?
Yes — upgrades are available if inventory remains. We’ll apply your current payment toward the upgraded tier.
Are payments refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable and sponsorship is non-cancellable.
